14.시온의 딸아 노래할찌어다 이스라엘아 기쁘게 부를찌어다

예루살렘 딸아 전심으로 기뻐하며 즐거워할찌어다
15.여호와가 너의 형벌을 제하였고 너의 원수를 쫓아내었으며 이스라엘 왕 여호와가 너의 중에 있으니

네가 다시는 화를 당할까 두려워하지 아니할 것이라
16.그 날에 사람이 예루살렘에게 이르기를 두려워하지 말라 시온아 네 손을 늘어뜨리지 말라
17.너의 하나님 여호와가 너의 가운데 계시니 그는 구원을 베푸실 전능자시라

그가 너로 인하여 기쁨을 이기지 못하여 하시며

너를 잠잠히 사랑하시며 너로 인하여 즐거이 부르며 기뻐하시리라

하리라
18.내가 대회로 인하여 근심하는 자를 모으리니 그들은 네게 속한 자라

너의 치욕이 그들에게 무거운 짐이 되었느니라
19.그 때에 내가 너를 괴롭게 하는 자를 다 벌하고

저는 자를 구원하며 쫓겨난 자를 모으며 온 세상에서 수욕 받는 자로 칭찬과 명성을 얻게 하리라
20.내가 그 때에 너희를 이끌고 그 때에 너희를 모을찌라

내가 너희 목전에서 너희 사로잡힘을 돌이킬 때에 너희로 천하 만민 중에서 명성과 칭찬을 얻게 하리라

14.Sing, O daughter of Zion; shout, O Israel;

be glad and rejoice with all the heart, O daughter of Jerusalem.
15.The LORD hath taken away thy judgments, he hath cast out thine enemy:

the king of Israel, even the LORD, is in the midst of thee:

thou shalt not see evil any more.
16.In that day it shall be said to Jerusalem, Fear thou not:

and to Zion, Let not thine hands be slack.
17.The LORD thy God in the midst of thee is mighty;

he will save, he will rejoice over thee with joy;

he will rest in his love, he will joy over thee with singing.
18.I will gather them that are sorrowful for the solemn assembly,

who are of thee, to whom the reproach of it was a burden.
19.Behold, at that time I will undo all that afflict thee:

and I will save her that halteth, and gather her that was driven out;

and I will get them praise and fame in every land where they have been put to shame.
20.At that time will I bring you again, even in the time that I gather you:

for I will make you a name and a praise among all people of the earth,

when I turn back your captivity before your eyes, saith the LORD.

14.シオンの娘よ．喜び歌え．イスラエルよ．喜び叫べ．

エルサレムの娘よ．心の底から，喜び勝ち誇れ．
15.主はあなたへの宣告を取り除き，あなたの敵を追い拂われた．

イスラエルの王，主は，あなたのただ中におられる．あなたはもう，わざわいを恐れない．
16.その日，エルサレムはこう言われる．シオンよ．恐れるな．氣力を失うな．
17.あなたの神，主は，あなたのただ中におられる．

救いの勇士だ．

主は喜びをもってあなたのことを樂しみ，その愛によって安らぎを與える．

主は高らかに歌ってあなたのことを喜ばれる．
18.例祭から離れて悲しむ者たちをわたしは集める．

彼らはあなたからのもの．そしりは シオンへの警告である．
19.見よ．

その時，わたしはあなたを苦しめたすべての者を罰し，足なえを救い，散らされた者を集める．

わたしは彼らの恥を榮譽に變え，全地でその名をあげさせよう．
20.その時，わたしはあなたがたを連れ歸り，その時，わたしはあなたがたを集める．

わたしがあなたがたの目の前で，あなたがたの捕われ人を歸すとき，

地のすべての民の間であなたがたに，名譽と榮譽を與えよう，と主は仰せられる．

[내게 맡기신바 복되신 하나님의 영광의 복음을 좇음이니라]

3.내가 마게도냐로 갈 때에

너를 권하여 에베소에 머물라 한 것은 어떤 사람들을 명하여 다른 교훈을 가르치지 말며
4.신화와 끝없는 족보에 착념치 말게 하려 함이라

이런 것은 믿음 안에 있는 하나님의 경륜을 이룸보다 도리어 변론을 내는 것이라
5.경계의 목적은 청결한 마음과 선한 양심과 거짓이 없는 믿음으로 나는 사랑이거늘
6.사람들이 이에서 벗어나 헛된 말에 빠져
7.율법의 선생이 되려 하나 자기의 말하는 것이나 자기의 확증하는 것도 깨닫지 못하는도다
8.그러나 사람이 율법을 법 있게 쓰면 율법은 선한 것인줄 우리는 아노라
9.알것은 이것이니

법은 옳은 사람을 위하여 세운 것이 아니요

오직 불법한 자와 복종치 아니하는 자며 경건치 아니한 자와 죄인이며

거룩하지 아니한 자와 망령된 자며 아비를 치는 자와 어미를 치는 자며 살인하는 자며
10.음행하는 자며 남색하는 자며 사람을 탈취하는 자며

거짓말 하는 자며 거짓 맹세하는 자와 기타 바른 교훈을 거스리는 자를 위함이니
11.이 교훈은 내게 맡기신바 복되신 하나님의 영광의 복음을 좇음이니라
12.나를 능하게 하신 그리스도 예수 우리 주께 내가 감사함은

나를 충성되이 여겨 내게 직분을 맡기심이니

3.As I besought thee to abide still at Ephesus,

when I went into Macedonia, that thou mightest charge some that they teach no other doctrine,
4.Neither give heed to fables and endless genealogies,

which minister questions, rather than godly edifying which is in faith: so do.
5.Now the end of the commandment is charity out of a pure heart,

and of a good conscience, and of faith unfeigned:
6.From which some having swerved have turned aside unto vain jangling;
7.Desiring to be teachers of the law;

understanding neither what they say, nor whereof they affirm.
8.But we know that the law is good, if a man use it lawfully;
9.Knowing this, that the law is not made for a righteous man,

but for the lawless and disobedient, for the ungodly and for sinners,

for unholy and profane, for murderers of fathers and murderers of mothers, for manslayers,
10.For whoremongers, for them that defile themselves with mankind,

for menstealers, for liars, for perjured persons,

and if there be any other thing that is contrary to sound doctrine;
11.According to the glorious gospel of the blessed God, which was committed to my trust.
12.And I thank Christ Jesus our Lord,

who hath enabled me, for that he counted me faithful, putting me into the ministry;

3.私がマケドニヤに出發するとき，あなたにお願いしたように，

あなたは，エペソにずっととどまっていて，ある人たちが違った敎えを說いたり，
4.果てしのない空想話と系圖とに心を奪われたりしないように命じてください．

そのようなものは，論議を引き起こすだけで，

信仰による神の救いのご 計畵の實現をもたらすものではありません．
5.この命令は，きよい心と正しい良心と僞りのない信仰とから出て來る愛を，目標としています．
6.ある人たちはこの目當てを見失い，わき道にそれて無益な議論に走り，
7.律法の敎師でありたいと望みながら，自分の言っていることも，

また强く主張していることについても理解していません．
8.しかし私たちは知っています．律法は，もし次のことを知っていて正しく用いるならば，良いものです．
9.すなわち，律法は，正しい人のためにあるのではなく，

律法を無視する不從順な者，不敬虔な罪人，汚らわしい俗物，父や母を殺す者，人を殺す者，
10.不品行な者，男色をする者，人を誘拐する者，うそをつく者，僞證をする者などのため，

またそのほか健全な敎えにそむく事のためにあるのです．
11.祝福に滿ちた神の，榮光の福音によれば，こうなのであって，私はその福音をゆだねられたのです．
12.私は，私を强くしてくださる私たちの主キリスト · イエスに感謝をささげています．

なぜなら，キリストは，私をこの務めに任命して，私を忠實な者と認めてくださったからです．

[저희의 눈이 가리워져서 그인줄 알아보지 못하거늘]

13.그 날에 저희 중 둘이 예루살렘에서 이십 오리 되는 엠마오라 하는 촌으로 가면서
14.이 모든 된 일을 서로 이야기하더라
15.저희가 서로 이야기하며 문의할 때에 예수께서 가까이 이르러 저희와 동행하시나
16.저희의 눈이 가리워져서 그인줄 알아보지 못하거늘
17.예수께서 이르시되 너희가 길 가면서 서로 주고 받고 하는 이야기가 무엇이냐 하시니

두 사람이 슬픈 빛을 띠고 머물러 서더라
18.그 한 사람인 글로바라 하는 자가 대답하여 가로되

당신이 예루살렘에 우거하면서 근일 거기서 된 일을 홀로 알지 못하느뇨
19.가라사대 무슨 일이뇨

가로되 나사렛 예수의 일이니 그는 하나님과 모든 백성 앞에서 말과 일에 능하신 선지자여늘
20.우리 대제사장들과 관원들이 사형 판결에 넘겨주어 십자가에 못 박았느니라
21.우리는 이 사람이 이스라엘을 구속할 자라고 바랐노라 이뿐 아니라 이 일이 된지가 사흘째요
22.또한 우리 중에 어떤 여자들이 우리로 놀라게 하였으니 이는 저희가 새벽에 무덤에 갔다가
23.그의 시체는 보지 못하고 와서 그가 살으셨다 하는 천사들의 나타남을 보았다 함이라
24.또 우리와 함께한 자 중에 두어 사람이 무덤에 가

과연 여자들의 말한 바와 같음을 보았으나 예수는 보지 못하였느니라 하거늘
25.가라사대 미련하고 선지자들의 말한 모든 것을 마음에 더디 믿는 자들이여
26.그리스도가 이런 고난을 받고 자기의 영광에 들어가야 할 것이 아니냐 하시고
27.이에 모세와 및 모든 선지자의 글로 시작하여 모든 성경에 쓴바 자기에 관한 것을 자세히 설명하시니라
28.저희의 가는 촌에 가까이 가매 예수는 더 가려하는것 같이 하시니
29.저희가 강권하여 가로되 우리와 함께 유하사이다 때가 저물어가고 날이 이미 기울었나이다 하니

이에 저희와 함께 유하러 들어 가시니라
30.저희와 함께 음식 잡수실 때에 떡을 가지사 축사하시고 떼어 저희에게 주시매
31.저희 눈이 밝아져 그인줄 알아 보더니 예수는 저희에게 보이지 아니하시는지라
32.저희가 서로 말하되

길에서 우리에게 말씀하시고 우리에게 성경을 풀어 주실 때에 우리 속에서 마음이 뜨겁지 아니하더냐 하고
33.곧 그시로 일어나 예루살렘에 돌아가 보니 열 한 사도와 및 그와 함께한 자들이 모여 있어
34.말하기를 주께서 과연 살아나시고 시몬에게 나타나셨다 하는지라
35.두 사람도 길에서 된 일과 예수께서 떡을 떼심으로 자기들에게 알려지신 것을 말하더라

13.And, behold, two of them went that same day to a village called Emmaus,

which was from Jerusalem about threescore furlongs.
14.And they talked together of all these things which had happened.
15.And it came to pass, that, while they communed together and reasoned,

Jesus himself drew near, and went with them.
16.But their eyes were holden that they should not know him.
17.And he said unto them,

What manner of communications are these that ye have one to another, as ye walk, and are sad?
18.And the one of them, whose name was Cleopas, answering said unto him,

Art thou only a stranger in Jerusalem,

and hast not known the things which are come to pass there in these days?
19.And he said unto them, What things? And they said unto him, Concerning Jesus of Nazareth,

which was a prophet mighty in deed and word before God and all the people:
20.And how the chief priests and our rulers delivered him to be condemned to death,

and have crucified him.
21.But we trusted that it had been he which should have redeemed Israel:

and beside all this, to day is the third day since these things were done.
22.Yea, and certain women also of our company made us astonished,

which were early at the sepulchre;
23.And when they found not his body, they came, saying, that they had also seen a vision of angels,

which said that he was alive.
24.And certain of them which were with us went to the sepulchre,

and found it even so as the women had said:

but him they saw not.
25.Then he said unto them,

O fools, and slow of heart to believe all that the prophets have spoken:
26.Ought not Christ to have suffered these things, and to enter into his glory?
27.And beginning at Moses and all the prophets,

he expounded unto them in all the scriptures the things concerning himself.
28.And they drew nigh unto the village, whither they went:

and he made as though he would have gone further.
29.But they constrained him, saying, Abide with us:

for it is toward evening, and the day is far spent. And he went in to tarry with them.
30.And it came to pass, as he sat at meat with them,

he took bread, and blessed it, and brake, and gave to them.
31.And their eyes were opened, and they knew him;

and he vanished out of their sight.
32.And they said one to another,

Did not our heart burn within us,

while he talked with us by the way, and while he opened to us the scriptures?
33.And they rose up the same hour, and returned to Jerusalem,

and found the eleven gathered together, and them that were with them,
34.Saying, The Lord is risen indeed, and hath appeared to Simon.
35.And they told what things were done in the way,

and how he was known of them in breaking of bread.

13.ちょうどこの日，ふたりの弟子が，

エルサレムから十一キロメ ― トル余り離れたエマオという村に行く途中であった．
14.そして，ふたりでこのいっさいの出來事について話し合っていた．
15.話し合ったり，論じ合ったりしているうちに，

イエスご自身が近づいて，彼らとともに道を步いておられた．
16.しかしふたりの目はさえぎられていて，イエスだとはわからなかった．
17.イエスは彼らに言われた．

「步きながらふたりで話し合っているその話は，何のことですか． 」

すると，ふたりは暗い顔つきになって，立ち 止まった．
18.クレオパというほうが答えて言った．

「エルサレムにいながら，近ごろそこで起こった事を，あなただけが知らなかったのですか． 」
19.イエスが，「どんな 事ですか．」と聞かれると，

ふたりは答えた．

「ナザレ人イエスのことです．

この方は，神とすべての民の前で，行ないにもことばにも力のある預言者でした．
20.それなのに，

私たちの祭司長や指導者たちは，この方を引き渡して，死刑に定め，十字架につけたのです．
21.しかし私たちは，この方こそイスラエルを贖ってくださるはずだ，と望みをかけていました．

事實，そればかりでなく，その事があってから三日目になりますが，
22.また仲間の女たちが私たちを驚かせました．その女たちは朝早く墓に行ってみましたが，
23.イエスのからだが見當たらないので，戾って來ました．

そして御使いたちの幻を見たが，御使いたちがイエスは生きておられると告げた，と言うのです．
24.それで，仲間の何人かが墓に行ってみたのですが，はたして女たちの言ったとおりで，

イエスさまは見當たらなかった，というのです．」
25.するとイエスは言われた．

「ああ，愚かな人たち．預言者たちの言ったすべてを信じない，心の鈍い人たち．
26.キリストは，必ず，そのような苦しみを受けて，

それから，彼の榮光にはいるはずではなかったのですか．」
27.それから，イエスは，モ ― セおよびすべての預言者から始めて，

聖書全體の中で，ご自分について書いてある事がらを彼らに說き明かされた．
28.彼らは目的の村に近づいたが，イエスはまだ先へ行きそうなご樣子であった．
29.それで，彼らが，

「いっしょにお泊まりください．そろそろ夕刻になりますし，日もおおかた傾きましたから．」

と言って無理に願ったので，イエスは彼らといっしょに泊まるために中にはいられた．
30.彼らとともに食卓に着かれると，イエスはパンを取って祝福し，裂いて彼らに渡された．
31.それで，彼らの目が開かれ，イエスだとわかった．するとイエスは，彼らには見えなくなった．
32.そこでふたりは話し合った．

「道々お話しになっている間も，聖書を說明してくださった間も，私たちの心はうちに燃えていたではないか．」
33.すぐさまふたりは立って，エルサレムに戾ってみると，十一使徒とその仲間が集まって，
34.「ほんとうに主はよみがえって，シモンにお姿を現わされた．」と言っていた．
35.彼らも，道であったいろいろなことや，パンを裂かれたときにイエスだとわかった次第を話した．
