[열방이 그에게로 돌아오리니 그 거한 곳이 영화로우리라]

1.이새의 줄기에서 한 싹이 나며 그 뿌리에서 한 가지가 나서 결실할 것이요
2.여호와의 신

곧 지혜와 총명의 신이요 모략과 재능의 신이요 지식과 여호와를 경외하는 신이 그 위에 강림하시리니
3.그가 여호와를 경외함으로 즐거움을 삼을 것이며 그 눈에 보이는대로 심판치 아니하며

귀에 들리는대로 판단치 아니하며
4.공의로 빈핍한 자를 심판하며 정직으로 세상의 겸손한 자를 판단할 것이며

그 입의 막대기로 세상을 치며 입술의 기운으로 악인을 죽일 것이며
5.공의로 그 허리띠를 삼으며 성실로 몸의 띠를 삼으리라
6.그 때에 이리가 어린 양과 함께 거하며 표범이 어린 염소와 함께 누우며

송아지와 어린 사자와 살찐 짐승이 함께 있어 어린 아이에게 끌리며
7.암소와 곰이 함께 먹으며 그것들의 새끼가 함께 엎드리며 사자가 소처럼 풀을 먹을 것이며
8.젖먹는 아이가 독사의 구멍에서 장난하며 젖뗀 어린 아이가 독사의 굴에 손을 넣을 것이라
9.나의 거룩한 산 모든 곳에서 해됨도 없고 상함도 없을 것이니

이는 물이 바다를 덮음 같이 여호와를 아는 지식이 세상에 충만할 것임이니라
10.그 날에 이새의 뿌리에서 한 싹이 나서 만민의 기호로 설 것이요

열방이 그에게로 돌아오리니 그 거한 곳이 영화로우리라

1.And there shall come forth a rod out of the stem of Jesse, and a Branch shall grow out of his roots:
2.And the spirit of the LORD shall rest upon him,

the spirit of wisdom and understanding, the spirit of counsel and might,

the spirit of knowledge and of the fear of the LORD;
3.And shall make him of quick understanding in the fear of the LORD:

and he shall not judge after the sight of his eyes, neither reprove after the hearing of his ears:
4.But with righteousness shall he judge the poor, and reprove with equity for the meek of the earth:

and he shall smite the earth:

with the rod of his mouth, and with the breath of his lips shall he slay the wicked.
5.And righteousness shall be the girdle of his loins, and faithfulness the girdle of his reins.
6.The wolf also shall dwell with the lamb, and the leopard shall lie down with the kid;

and the calf and the young lion and the fatling together; and a little child shall lead them.
7.And the cow and the bear shall feed; their young ones shall lie down together:

and the lion shall eat straw like the ox.
8.And the sucking child shall play on the hole of the asp,

and the weaned child shall put his hand on the cockatrice' den.
9.They shall not hurt nor destroy in all my holy mountain:

for the earth shall be full of the knowledge of the LORD, as the waters cover the sea.
10.And in that day there shall be a root of Jesse, which shall stand for an ensign of the people;

to it shall the Gentiles seek:

and his rest shall be glorious.

1 エッサイの根株から新芽が生え、その根から若枝が出て実を結ぶ。
2 その上に、主の霊がとどまる。

それは知恵と悟りの霊、はかりごとと能力の霊、主を知る知識と主を恐れる霊である。
3 この方は主を恐れることを喜び、その目の見るところによってさばかず、

その耳の聞くところによって判決を下さず、
4 正義をもって寄るべのない者をさばき、公正をもって国の貧しい者のために判決を下し、

口のむちで国を打ち、くちびるの息で悪者を殺す。
5 正義はその腰の帯となり、真実はその胴の帯となる。
6 狼は子羊とともに宿り、ひょうは子やぎとともに伏し、子牛、若獅子、肥えた家畜が共にいて、

小さい子どもがこれを追っていく。
7 雌牛と熊とは共に草をはみ、その子らは共に伏し、獅子も牛のようにわらを食う。
8 乳飲み子はコブラの穴の上で戯れ、乳離れした子はまむしの子に手を伸べる。
9 わたしの聖なる山のどこにおいても、これらは害を加えず、そこなわない。

主を知ることが、海をおおう水のように、地を満たすからである。
10 その日、エッサイの根は、国々の民の旗として立ち、国々は彼を求め、彼のいこう所は栄光に輝く。

1.하나님이여 주의 판단력을 왕에게 주시고 주의 의를 왕의 아들에게 주소서
2.저가 주의 백성을 의로 판단하며 주의 가난한 자를 공의로 판단하리니
3.의로 인하여 산들이 백성에게 평강을 주며 작은 산들도 그리하리로다
4.저가 백성의 가난한 자를 신원하며 궁핍한 자의 자손을 구원하며 압박하는 자를 꺾으리로다
5.저희가 해가 있을 동안에 주를 두려워하며 달이 있을 동안에 대대로 그리하리로다
6.저는 벤 풀에 내리는 비 같이, 땅을 적시는 소낙비 같이 임하리니
7.저의 날에 의인이 흥왕하여 평강의 풍성함이 달이 다할 때까지 이르리로다
18.홀로 기사를 행하시는 여호와 하나님 곧 이스라엘의 하나님을 찬송하며
19.그 영화로운 이름을 영원히 찬송할찌어다

온 땅에 그 영광이 충만할찌어다 아멘 아멘.

1.Give the king thy judgments, O God, and thy righteousness unto the king's son.
2.He shall judge thy people with righteousness, and thy poor with judgment.

and shall break in pieces the oppressor.
5.They shall fear thee as long as the sun and moon endure, throughout all generations.

[열방이 그에게 소망을 두리라]
4.무엇이든지 전에 기록한 바는 우리의 교훈을 위하여 기록된 것이니

우리로 하여금 인내로 또는 성경의 안위로 소망을 가지게 함이니라
5.이제 인내와 안위의 하나님이 너희로 그리스도 예수를 본받아 서로 뜻이 같게 하여 주사
6.한 마음과 한 입으로 하나님 곧 우리 주 예수 그리스도의 아버지께 영광을 돌리게 하려 하노라
7.이러므로 그리스도께서 우리를 받아 하나님께 영광을 돌리심과 같이 너희도 서로 받으라
8.내가 말하노니

그리스도께서 하나님의 진실하심을 위하여 할례의 수종자가 되셨으니

이는 조상들에게 주신 약속들을 견고케 하시고
9.이방인으로 그 긍휼하심을 인하여 하나님께 영광을 돌리게 하려 하심이라

기록된바 이러므로 내가 열방 중에서 주께 감사하고 주의 이름을 찬송하리로다 함과 같으니라
10.또 가로되 열방들아 주의 백성과 함께 즐거워하라 하였으며
11.또 모든 열방들아 주를 찬양하며 모든 백성들아 저를 찬송하라 하였으며

이새의 뿌리 곧 열방을 다스리기 위하여 일어나시는 이가 있으리니

열방이 그에게 소망을 두리라 하였느니라
13.소망의 하나님이 모든 기쁨과 평강을 믿음 안에서 너희에게 충만케 하사

성령의 능력으로 소망이 넘치게 하시기를 원하노라

4.For whatsoever things were written aforetime were written for our learning,

that we through patience and comfort of the scriptures might have hope.
5.Now the God of patience and consolation grant you to be likeminded

one toward another according to Christ Jesus:

4 昔書かれたものは、すべて私たちを教えるために書かれたのです。

それは、聖書の与える忍耐と励ましによって、希望を持たせるためなのです。
5 どうか、忍耐と励ましの神が、あなたがたを、キリスト・イエスにふさわしく、

互いに同じ思いを持つようにしてくださいますように。
6 それは、あなたがたが、心を一つにし、声を合わせて、

私たちの主イエス・キリストの父なる神をほめたたえるためです。
7 こういうわけですから、キリストが神の栄光のために、

私たちを受け入れてくださったように、あなたがたも互いに受け入れなさい。
8 私は言います。キリストは、神の真理を現すために、割礼のある者のしもべとなられました。

それは、父祖たちに与えられた約束を保証するためであり、
9 また異邦人も、あわれみのゆえに、神をあがめるようになるためです。

こう書かれているとおりです。

「それゆえ、私は異邦人の中で、あなたをほめたたえ、あなたの御名をほめ歌おう。」
10 また、こうも言われています。「異邦人よ。主の民とともに喜べ。」
11 さらにまた、「すべての異邦人よ。主をほめよ。もろもろの国民よ。主をたたえよ。」
12 さらにまた、イザヤがこう言っています。

「エッサイの根が起こる。異邦人を治めるために立ち上がる方である。

異邦人はこの方に望みをかける。」
13 どうか、望みの神が、あなたがたを信仰によるすべての喜びと平和をもって満たし、

聖霊の力によって望みにあふれさせてくださいますように。
14 私の兄弟たちよ。あなたがた自身が善意にあふれ、すべての知恵にみたされ、

また互いに訓戒し合うことができることを、この私は確信しています。

[회개하라 천국이 가까왔느니라]
1.그 때에 세례 요한이 이르러 유대 광야에서 전파하여 가로되
2.회개하라 천국이 가까왔느니라 하였으니
3.저는 선지자 이사야로 말씀하신 자라 일렀으되

광야에 외치는 자의 소리가 있어 가로되

너희는 주의 길을 예비하라 그의 첩경을 평탄케 하라 하였느니라
4.이 요한은 약대 털옷을 입고 허리에 가죽띠를 띠고 음식은 메뚜기와 석청이었더라
5.이때에 예루살렘과 온 유대와 요단강 사방에서 다 그에게 나아와
6.자기들의 죄를 자복하고 요단강에서 그에게 세례를 받더니
7.요한이 많은 바리새인과 사두개인이 세례 베푸는데 오는 것을 보고 이르되

독사의 자식들아 누가 너희를 가르쳐 임박한 진노를 피하라 하더냐
8.그러므로 회개에 합당한 열매를 맺고
9.속으로 아브라함이 우리 조상이라고 생각지 말라

내가 너희에게 이르노니 하나님이 능히 이 돌들로도 아브라함의 자손이 되게 하시리라
10.이미 도끼가 나무 뿌리에 놓였으니 좋은 열매 맺지 아니하는 나무마다 찍어 불에 던지우리라
11.나는 너희로 회개케 하기 위하여 물로 세례를 주거니와

내 뒤에 오시는 이는 나보다 능력이 많으시니

나는 그의 신을 들기도 감당치 못하겠노라

그는 성령과 불로 너희에게 세례를 주실 것이요
12.손에 키를 들고 자기의 타작 마당을 정하게 하사

알곡은 모아 곡간에 들이고 쭉정이는 꺼지지 않는 불에 태우시리라

therefore every tree which bringeth not forth good fruit is hewn down, and cast into the fire.
11.I indeed baptize you with water unto repentance.

but he that cometh after me is mightier than I, whose shoes I am not worthy to bear:

he shall baptize you with the Holy Ghost, and with fire:
12.Whose fan is in his hand, and he will throughly purge his floor, and gather his wheat into the garner;

but he will burn up the chaff with unquenchable fire.

1 そのころ、バプテスマのヨハネが現れ、ユダヤの荒野で教えを宣べて、言った。
2 「悔い改めなさい。天の御国が近づいたから。」
3 この人は預言者イザヤによって、「荒野で叫ぶ者の声がする。

『主の道を用意し、主の通られる道をまっすぐにせよ』」
4 このヨハネは、らくだの毛の着物を着、腰には皮の帯を締め、その食べ物はいなごと野蜜であった。
5 さて、エルサレム、ユダヤ全土、ヨルダン川沿いの全地域の人々がヨハネのところへ出て行き、
6 自分の罪を告白して、ヨルダン川で彼からバプテスマを受けた。
7 しかし、パリサイ人やサドカイ人が大ぜいバプテスマを受けに来るのを見たとき、ヨハネは彼らに言った。

「まむしのすえたち。だれが必ず来る御怒りをのがれるように教えたのか。
8 それなら、悔い改めにふさわしい実を結びなさい。
9 『われわれの父はアブラハムだ』と心の中で言うような考えではいけない。

あなたがたに言っておくが、神はこの石ころからでも、

アブラハムの子孫を起こすことがおできになるのです。
10 斧もすでに木の根元に置かれています。

だから、良い実を結ばない木は、みな切り倒されて、火に投げ込まれます。
11 私は、あなたがたが悔い改めるために、水のバプテスマを授けていますが、

私のあとから来られる方は、私よりもさらに力のある方です。

私はその方のはきものを脱がせてあげる値うちもありません。

その方は、あなたがたに聖霊と火とのバプテスマをお授けになります。
12 手に箕を持っておられ、ご自分の脱穀場をすみずみまできよめられます。

麦を倉に納め、殻を消えない火で焼き尽くされます。」
