[오직 여호와를 앙망하는 자는 새 힘을 얻으리니]
21.  너희가 알지 못하였느냐 너희가 듣지 못하였느냐

태초부터 너희 에게 전하지 아니하였느냐 땅의 기초가 창조될 때부터 너희가 깨닫지 못하였느냐
22.  그는 땅 위 궁창에 앉으시나니 땅의 거민들은 메뚜기 같으니라

그가 하늘을 차일 같이 펴셨으며 거할 천막 같이 베푸셨고
23.  귀인들을 폐하시며 세상의 사사들을 헛되게 하시나니
24.  그들은 겨우 심기웠고 겨우 뿌리웠고 그 줄기가 겨우 땅에 뿌리를 박자

곧 하나님의 부심을 받고 말라 회리바람에 불려가는 초개 같도다
25.  거룩하신 자가 가라사대

그런즉 너희가 나를 누구에게 비기며 나로 그와 동등이 되게 하겠느냐 하시느니라
26.  너희는 눈을 높이 들어 누가 이 모든 것을 창조하였나보라

주께서는 수효대로 만상을 이끌어 내시고 각각 그 이름을 부르시나니

그의 권세가 크고 그의 능력이 강하므로 하나도 빠짐이 없느니라
27.  야곱아 네가 어찌하여 말하며 이스라엘아 네가 어찌하여 이르기를

내 사정은 여호와께 숨겨졌으며 원통한 것은 내 하나님에게서 수리하심을 받지 못한다 하느냐
28.  너는 알지 못하였느냐 듣지 못하였느냐

영원하신 하나님 여호와,

땅 끝까지 창조하신 자는 피곤치 아니하시며 곤비치 아니하시며 명철이 한이 없으시며
29.  피곤한 자에게는 능력을 주시며 무능한 자에게는 힘을 더하시나니
30.  소년이라도 피곤하며 곤비하며 장정이라도 넘어지며 자빠지되
31.  오직 여호와를 앙망하는 자는 새 힘을 얻으리니 독수리의 날개치며 올라감 같을 것이요

달음박질하여도 곤비치 아니하겠고 걸어 가도 피곤치 아니하리로다

21.  Have ye not known? have ye not heard? hath it not been told you from the beginning?

have ye not understood from the foundations of the earth?
22.  It is he that sitteth upon the circle of the earth, and the inhabitants thereof are as grasshoppers;

that stretcheth out the heavens as a curtain, and spreadeth them out as a tent to dwell in:
23.  That bringeth the princes to nothing; he maketh the judges of the earth as vanity.
24.  Yea, they shall not be planted; yea, they shall not be sown:

yea, their stock shall not take root in the earth:

25.  To whom then will ye liken me, or shall I be equal? saith the Holy One.
26.  Lift up your eyes on high, and behold who hath created these things, that bringeth out their host by number:

he calleth them all by names by the greatness of his might, for that he is strong in power; not one faileth.
27.  Why sayest thou, O Jacob, and speakest, O Israel, My way is hid from the LORD,

and my judgment is passed over from my God?
28.  Hast thou not known?

hast thou not heard, that the everlasting God, the LORD, the Creator of the ends of the earth,

fainteth not, neither is weary? there is no searching of his understanding.
29.  He giveth power to the faint; and to them that have no might he increaseth strength.
30.  Even the youths shall faint and be weary, and the young men shall utterly fall:
31.  But they that wait upon the LORD shall renew their strength;

they shall mount up with wings as eagles;

they shall run, and not be weary; and they shall walk, and not faint.

21 あなたがたは知らないのか。聞かないのか。

初めから、告げられなかったのか。地の基がどうして置かれたかを悟らなかったのか。
22 主は地をおおう天蓋の上に住まわれる。地の住民はいなごのようだ。

主は天を薄絹のように延べ、これを天幕のように広げて住まわれる。
23 君主たちを無に帰し、地のさばきつかさをむなしいものにされる。
24 彼らが、やっと植えられ、やっと蒔かれ、やっと地に根を張ろうとするとき、

主はそれに風を吹きつけ、彼らは枯れる。暴風がそれを、わらのように散らす。
25 「それなのに、わたしを、だれになぞらえ、だれと比べようとするのか」と聖なる方は仰せられる。
26 目を高く上げて、だれがこれらを創造したかを見よ。

この方は、その万象を数えて呼び出し、一つ一つ、その名をもって、呼ばれる。

この方は精力に満ち、その力は強い。一つももれるものはない。
27 ヤコブよ。なぜ言うのか。イスラエルよ。なぜ言い張るのか。

「私の道は主に隠れ、私の正しい訴えは、私の神に見過ごしにされている」と。
28 あなたは知らないのか。聞いていないのか。

主は永遠の神、地の果てまで創造された方。疲れることなく、たゆむことなく、その英知は測り知れない。
29 疲れた者には力を与え、精力のない者には活気をつける。
30 若者も疲れ、たゆみ、若い男もつまずき倒れる。
31 しかし、主を待ち望む者は新しく力を得、鷲のように翼をかって上ることができる。

走ってもたゆまず、歩いても疲れない。

1.  할렐루야 우리 하나님께 찬양함이 선함이여 찬송함이 아름답고 마땅하도다
2.  여호와께서 예루살렘을 세우시며 이스라엘의 흩어진 자를 모으시며
3.  상심한 자를 고치시며 저희 상처를 싸매시는도다
4.  저가 별의 수효를 계수하시고 저희를 다 이름대로 부르시는도다
5.  우리 주는 광대하시며 능력이 많으시며 그 지혜가 무궁하시도다
6.  여호와께서 겸손한 자는 붙드시고 악인은 땅에 엎드러 뜨리시는도다
7.  감사함으로 여호와께 노래하며 수금으로 하나님께 찬양할지어다

10.  여호와는 말의 힘을 즐거워 아니하시며 사람의 다리도 기뻐 아니하시고

1.  Praise ye the LORD: for it is good to sing praises unto our God; for it is pleasant; and praise is comely.

[내가 복음을 위하여 모든 것을 행함은 복음에 참예하고자 함이라]
16.  내가 복음을 전할지라도 자랑할 것이 없음은 내가 부득불 할 일임이라

만일 복음을 전하지 아니하면 내게 화가 있을 것임이로라
17.  내가 내 임의로 이것을 행하면 상을 얻으려니와 임의로 아니한다 할지라도 나는 직분을 맡았노라
18.  그런즉 내 상이 무엇이냐

내가 복음을 전할 때에 값 없이 전하고 복음으로 인하여 내게 있는 권을 다 쓰지 아니하는 이것이로라
19.  내가 모든 사람에게 자유하였으나 스스로 모든 사람에게 종이 된 것은 더 많은 사람을 얻고자 함이라
20.  유대인들에게는 내가 유대인과 같이 된 것은 유대인들을 얻고자 함이요

율법 아래 있는 자들에게는 내가 율법 아래 있지 아니하나

율법 아래 있는 자 같이 된 것은 율법 아래 있는 자들을 얻고자 함이요
21.  율법 없는 자에게는 내가 하나님께는 율법 없는 자가 아니요

도리어 그리스도의 율법 아래 있는 자나 율법 없는 자와 같이 된 것은 율법 없는 자들을 얻고자 함이라
22.  약한 자들에게는 내가 약한 자와 같이 된 것은 약한 자들을 얻고자 함이요

여러 사람에게 내가 여러 모양이 된 것은 아무쪼록 몇몇 사람들을 구원코자 함이니
23.  내가 복음을 위하여 모든 것을 행함은 복음에 참예하고자 함이라

16.  For though I preach the gospel, I have nothing to glory of:

for necessity is laid upon me; yea, woe is unto me, if I preach not the gospel!
17.  For if I do this thing willingly, I have a reward:

but if against my will, a dispensation of the gospel is committed unto me.
18.  What is my reward then?

Verily that, when I preach the gospel, I may make the gospel of Christ without charge,

that I abuse not my power in the gospel.
19.  For though I be free from all men, yet have I made myself servant unto all, that I might gain the more.
20.  And unto the Jews I became as a Jew, that I might gain the Jews;

to them that are under the law, as under the law, that I might gain them that are under the law;

22.  To the weak became I as weak, that I might gain the weak:

I am made all things to all men, that I might by all means save some.
23.  And this I do for the gospel's sake, that I might be partaker thereof with you.

16 というのは、私が福音を宣べ伝えても、それは私の誇りにはなりません。

そのことは、私がどうしても、しなければならないことだからです。

もし福音を宣べ伝えなかったなら、私はわざわいだ。
17 もし私がこれを自発的にしているのなら、報いがありましょう。

しかし、強いられたにしても、私には務めがゆだねられているのです。
18 では、私にどんな報いがあるのでしょう。

それは、福音を宣べ伝えるときに報酬を求めないで与え、

福音の働きによって持つ自分の権利を十分に用いないことなのです。
19 私はだれに対しても自由ですが、より多くの人を獲得するために、すべての人の奴隷となりました。
20 ユダヤ人にはユダヤ人のようになりました。

それはユダヤ人を獲得するためです。

律法の下にある人々には、私自身は律法の下にはいませんが、律法の下にある者のようになりました。

それは律法の下にある人々を獲得するためです。
21 律法を持たない人々に対しては、—私は神の律法の外にある者ではなく、

キリストの律法を守る者ですが—律法を持たない者のようになりました。

それは律法を持たない人々を獲得するためです。
22 弱い人々には、弱い者になりました。弱い人々を獲得するためです。

すべての人に、すべてのものとなりました。それは、何とかして、幾人かでも救うためです。
23 私はすべてのことを、福音のためにしています。

それは、私も福音の恵みをともに受ける者となるためなのです。

[병든 많은 사람을 고치시다]
29.  회당에서 나와 곧 야고보와 요한과 함께 시몬과 안드레의 집에 들어가시니
30.  시몬의 장모가 열병으로 누웠는지라 사람들이 곧 그의 일로 예수께 여짜온대
31.  나아가사 그 손을 잡아 일으키시니 열병이 떠나고 여자가 저희에게 수종드니라
32.  저물어 해 질 때에 모든 병자와 귀신 들린 자를 예수께 데려오니
33.  온 동네가 문앞에 모였더라
34.  예수께서 각색 병든 많은 사람을 고치시며

많은 귀신을 내어 쫓으시되 귀신이 자기를 알므로 그 말하는 것을 허락지 아니하시니라

[전도 여행을 떠나시다]
35.  새벽 오히려 미명에 예수께서 일어나 나가 한적한 곳으로 가사 거기서 기도하시더니
36.  시몬과 및 그와 함께 있는 자들이 예수의 뒤를 따라가
37.  만나서 가로되 모든 사람이 주를 찾나이다
38.  이르시되 우리가 다른 가까운 마을들로 가자 거기서도 전도하리니 내가 이를 위하여 왔노라 하시고
39.  이에 온 갈릴리에 다니시며 저희 여러 회당에서 전도하시고 또 귀신들을 내어 쫓으시더라

29.  And forthwith, when they were come out of the synagogue,

they entered into the house of Simon and Andrew, with James and John.
30.  But Simon's wife's mother lay sick of a fever, and anon they tell him of her.
31.  And he came and took her by the hand, and lifted her up;

and immediately the fever left her, and she ministered unto them.
32.  And at even, when the sun did set,

they brought unto him all that were diseased, and them that were possessed with devils.
33.  And all the city was gathered together at the door.
34.  And he healed many that were sick of divers diseases, and cast out many devils;

and suffered not the devils to speak, because they knew him.

29 イエスは会堂を出るとすぐに、ヤコブとヨハネを連れて、シモンとアンデレの家に入られた。
30 ところが、シモンのしゅうとめが熱病で床に着いていたので、

人々はさっそく彼女のことをイエスに知らせた。
31 イエスは、彼女に近寄り、その手を取って起こされた。すると熱がひき、彼女は彼らをもてなした。
32 夕方になった。日が沈むと、人々は病人や悪霊につかれた人をみな、イエスのもとに連れて来た。
33 こうして町中の者が戸口に集まって来た。
34 イエスは、さまざまの病気にかかっている多くの人をいやし、また多くの悪霊を追い出された。

そして悪霊どもがものを言うのをお許しにならなかった。彼らがイエスをよく知っていたからである。
35 さて、イエスは朝早くまだ暗いうちに起きて、寂しい所へ出て行き、そこで祈っておられた。
36 シモンとその仲間は、イエスを追って来て、
37 彼を見つけ、「みんながあなたを捜しております」と言った。
38 イエスは彼らに言われた。

「さあ、近くの別の村里へ行こう。そこにも福音を知らせよう。わたしは、そのために出て来たのだから。」
39 こうしてイエスは、ガリラヤ全地にわたり、

その会堂に行って、福音を告げ知らせ、悪霊を追い出された。
