오직 공의를 행하며 인자를 사랑하며

겸손히 네 하나님과 함께 행하는 것

[여호와께서 이스라엘과 변론하시다]
1 너희는 여호와의 말씀을 들을지어다

내게 이르시기를 너는 일어 나서 산 앞에서 쟁변하여 작은 산으로 네 목소리를 듣게 하라 하셨나니
2 너희 산들과 땅의 견고한 지대들아 너희는 여호와의 쟁변을 들으라

여호와께서 자기 백성과 쟁변하시며 이스라엘과 변론하실 것이라
3 이르시기를

내 백성아 내가 무엇을 네게 행하였으며 무엇에 너를 괴롭게 하였느냐 너는 내게 증거하라
4 내가 너를 애굽 땅에서 인도하여 내어 종노릇 하는 집에서 속량 하였고

모세와 아론과 미리암을 보내어 네 앞에 행하게 하였었느니라
5 내 백성아

너는 모압 왕 발락의 꾀한 것과 브올의 아들 발람이 그에게 대답한 것을 추억하며

싯딤에서부터 길갈까지의 일을 추억하라

그리하면 나 여호와의 의롭게 행한 것을 알리라

하실 것이니라

6 내가 무엇을 가지고 여호와 앞에 나아가며 높으신 하나님께 경배할까

내가 번제물 일년 된 송아지를 가지고 그 앞에 나아갈까
7 여호와께서 천천의 수양이나 만만의 강수 같은 기름을 기뻐하실까

내 허물을 위하여 내 맏아들을, 내 영혼의 죄를 인하여 내 몸의 열매를 드릴까
8 사람아

주께서 선한 것이 무엇임을 네게 보이셨나니

여호와께서 네게 구하시는 것이 오직 공의를 행하며 인자를 사랑하며 겸손히 네 하나님과 함께 행하는 것이 아니냐

1 Hear ye now what the LORD saith;

Arise, contend thou before the mountains, and let the hills hear thy voice.
2 Hear ye, O mountains, the LORDS controversy, and ye strong foundations of the earth:

for the LORD hath a controversy with his people, and he will plead with Israel.
3 O my people, what have I done unto thee? and wherein have I wearied thee? testify against me.
4 For I brought thee up out of the land of Egypt, and redeemed thee out of the house of servants;

and I sent before thee Moses, Aaron, and Miriam.
5 O my people, remember now what Balak king of Moab consulted,

and what Balaam the son of Beor answered him from Shittim unto Gilgal;

that ye may know the righteousness of the LORD.
6 Wherewith shall I come before the LORD, [and] bow myself before the high God?

shall I come before him with burnt offerings, with calves of a year old?
7 Will the LORD be pleased with thousands of rams, [or] with ten thousands of rivers of oil?

shall I give my firstborn [for] my transgression, the fruit of my body [for] the sin of my soul?
8 He hath shewed thee, O man,

what [is] good;

and what doth the LORD require of thee, but to do justly, and to love mercy, and to walk humbly with thy God?

1 あなたがたは／

主の言われることを聞き、立ちあがって、

もろもろの山の前に訴えをのべ、もろもろの丘にあなたの声を聞かせよ。
2 もろもろの山よ、地の変ることなき基よ、主の言い争いを聞け。

主はその民と言い争い、イスラエルと論争されるからである。
3 「わが民よ、わたしはあなたに何をなしたか、何によってあなたを疲れさせたか、わたしに答えよ。
4 わたしはエジプトの国からあなたを導きのぼり、奴隷の家からあなたをあがない出し、

モーセ、アロンおよびミリアムをつかわして、あなたに先だたせた。
5 わが民よ、

モアブの王バラクがたくらんだ事、ベオルの子バラムが彼に答えた事、シッテムからギルガルに至るまでに／

起った事どもを思い起せ。そうすれば、あなたは主の正義のみわざを／知るであろう」。
6 「わたしは何をもって主のみ前に行き、高き神を拝すべきか。燔祭および当歳の子牛をもって／

そのみ前に行くべきか。
7 主は数千の雄羊、万流の油を喜ばれるだろうか。わがとがのためにわが長子をささぐべきか。

わが魂の罪のためにわが身の子をささぐべきか」。
8 人よ、彼はさきによい事のなんであるかを／あなたに告げられた。

主のあなたに求められることは、

ただ公義をおこない、いつくしみを愛し、へりくだってあなたの神と共に歩むことではないか。

1 여호와여 주의 장막에 유할 자 누구오며 주의 성산에 거할 자 누구오니이까
2 정직하게 행하며 공의를 일삼으며 그 마음에 진실을 말하며
3 그 혀로 참소치 아니하고 그 벗에게 행악지 아니하며 그 이웃을 훼방치 아니하며
4 그 눈은 망령된 자를 멸시하며 여호와를 두려워하는 자를 존대 하며

그 마음에 서원한 것은 해로울지라도 변치 아니하며
5 변리로 대금치 아니하며 뇌물을 받고 무죄한 자를 해치 아니하는 자니

이런 일을 행하는 자는 영영히 요동치 아니하리이다

2 He that walketh uprightly, and worketh righteousness, and speaketh the truth in his heart.
3 [He that] backbiteth not with his tongue, nor doeth evil to his neighbour,

nor taketh up a reproach against his neighbour.
4 In whose eyes a vile person is contemned; but he honoureth them that fear the LORD.

[He that] sweareth to [his own] hurt, and changeth not.
5 [He that] putteth not out his money to usury, nor taketh reward against the innocent.

He that doeth these [things] shall never be moved.

1 主よ、あなたの幕屋にやどるべき者はだれですか、あなたの聖なる山に住むべき者はだれですか。
2 直く歩み、義を行い、心から真実を語る者、
3 その舌をもってそしらず、その友に悪をなさず、隣り人に対するそしりを取りあげず、
4 その目は神に捨てられた者を卑しめ、主を恐れる者を尊び、誓った事は自分の損害になっても変えることなく、
5 利息をとって金銭を貸すことなく、まいないを取って／罪のない者の不利をはかることをしない人である。

これらの事を行う者は／とこしえに動かされることはない。

[하나님의 능력과 지혜이신 그리스도]
18 십자가의 도가 멸망하는 자들에게는 미련한 것이요 구원을 얻는 우리에게는 하나님의 능력이라
19 기록된바 내가 지혜 있는 자들의 지혜를 멸하고 총명한 자들의 총명을 폐하리라 하였으니
20 지혜 있는 자가 어디 있느뇨 선비가 어디 있느뇨 이 세대에 변사가 어디 있느뇨

하나님께서 이 세상의 지혜를 미련케 하신 것이 아니뇨
21 하나님의 지혜에 있어서는 이 세상이 자기 지혜로 하나님을 알지 못하는고로

하나님께서 전도의 미련한 것으로 믿는 자들을 구원하시기를 기뻐하셨도다
22 유대인은 표적을 구하고 헬라인은 지혜를 찾으나
23 우리는 십자가에 못 박힌 그리스도를 전하니

유대인에게는 거리끼는 것이요 이방인에게는 미련한 것이로되
24 오직 부르심을 입은 자들에게는 유대인이나 헬라인이나 그리스도는 하나님의 능력이요 하나님의 지혜니라
25 하나님의 미련한 것이 사람보다 지혜 있고 하나님의 약한 것이 사람보다 강하니라
26 형제들아 너희를 부르심을 보라

육체를 따라 지혜 있는 자가 많지 아니하며 능한 자가 많지 아니하며 문벌 좋은 자가 많지 아니하도다
27 그러나 하나님께서 세상의 미련한 것들을 택하사 지혜 있는 자들을 부끄럽게 하려 하시고

세상의 약한 것들을 택하사 강한 것들을 부끄럽게 하려 하시며
28 하나님께서 세상의 천한 것들과 멸시 받는 것들과 없는 것들을 택하사 있는 것들을 폐하려 하시나니
29 이는 아무 육체라도 하나님 앞에서 자랑하지 못하게 하려 하심이라
30 너희는 하나님께로부터 나서 그리스도 예수 안에 있고

예수는 하나님께로서 나와서 우리에게 지혜와 의로움과 거룩함과 구속함이 되셨으니
31 기록된바 자랑하는 자는 주 안에서 자랑하라 함과 같게 하려 함이니라

18 For the preaching of the cross is to them that perish foolishness;

but unto us which are saved it is the power of God.
19 For it is written,

I will destroy the wisdom of the wise, and will bring to nothing the understanding of the prudent.
20 Where [is] the wise? where [is] the scribe? where [is] the disputer of this world?

hath not God made foolish the wisdom of this world?
21 For after that in the wisdom of God the world by wisdom knew not God,

it pleased God by the foolishness of preaching to save them that believe.
22 For the Jews require a sign, and the Greeks seek after wisdom:
23 But we preach Christ crucified, unto the Jews a stumblingblock, and unto the Greeks foolishness;
24 But unto them which are called, both Jews and Greeks, Christ the power of God, and the wisdom of God.
25 Because the foolishness of God is wiser than men; and the weakness of God is stronger than men.
26 For ye see your calling, brethren, how that not many wise men after the flesh,

not many mighty, not many noble, [are called]:
27 But God hath chosen the foolish things of the world to confound the wise;

and God hath chosen the weak things of the world to confound the things which are mighty;
28 And base things of the world, and things which are despised, hath God chosen, [yea],

and things which are not, to bring to nought things that are:
29 That no flesh should glory in his presence.
30 But of him are ye in Christ Jesus,

who of God is made unto us wisdom, and righteousness, and sanctification, and redemption:
31 That, according as it is written, He that glorieth, let him glory in the Lord.

18 十字架の言は、滅び行く者には愚かであるが、救にあずかるわたしたちには、神の力である。
19 すなわち、聖書に、／「わたしは知者の知恵を滅ぼし、／賢い者の賢さをむなしいものにする」／

と書いてある。
20 知者はどこにいるか。学者はどこにいるか。この世の論者はどこにいるか。

神はこの世の知恵を、愚かにされたではないか。
21 この世は、自分の知恵によって神を認めるに至らなかった。それは、神の知恵にかなっている。

そこで神は、宣教の愚かさによって、信じる者を救うこととされたのである。
22 ユダヤ人はしるしを請い、ギリシヤ人は知恵を求める。
23 しかしわたしたちは、十字架につけられたキリストを宣べ伝える。

このキリストは、ユダヤ人にはつまずかせるもの、異邦人には愚かなものであるが、
24 召された者自身にとっては、ユダヤ人にもギリシヤ人にも、神の力、神の知恵たるキリストなのである。
25 神の愚かさは人よりも賢く、神の弱さは人よりも強いからである。
26 兄弟たちよ。あなたがたが召された時のことを考えてみるがよい。

人間的には、知恵のある者が多くはなく、権力のある者も多くはなく、身分の高い者も多くはいない。
27 それだのに神は、知者をはずかしめるために、この世の愚かな者を選び、

強い者をはずかしめるために、この世の弱い者を選び、
28 有力な者を無力な者にするために、この世で身分の低い者や軽んじられている者、

すなわち、無きに等しい者を、あえて選ばれたのである。
29 それは、どんな人間でも、神のみまえに誇ることがないためである。
30 あなたがたがキリスト․イエスにあるのは、神によるのである。

キリストは神に立てられて、わたしたちの知恵となり、義と聖とあがないとになられたのである。
31 それは、「誇る者は主を誇れ」と書いてあるとおりである。

[복이 있는 사람]
1 예수께서 무리를 보시고 산에 올라가 앉으시니 제자들이 나아온지라
2 입을 열어 가르쳐 가라사대
3 심령이 가난한 자는 복이 있나니 천국이 저희 것임이요
4 애통하는 자는 복이 있나니 저희가 위로를 받을 것임이요
5 온유한 자는 복이 있나니 저희가 땅을 기업으로 받을 것임이요
6 의에 주리고 목마른 자는 복이 있나니 저희가 배부를 것임이요
7 긍휼히 여기는 자는 복이 있나니 저희가 긍휼히 여김을 받을 것임이요
8 마음이 청결한 자는 복이 있나니 저희가 하나님을 볼 것임이요
9 화평케 하는 자는 복이 있나니 저희가 하나님의 아들이라 일컬음을 받을 것임이요
10 의를 위하여 핍박을 받은 자는 복이 있나니 천국이 저희 것임이라
11 나를 인하여 너희를 욕하고 핍박하고 거짓으로 너희를 거스려 모든 악한 말을 할 때에는 너희에게 복이 있나니
12 기뻐하고 즐거워하라 하늘에서 너희의 상이 큼이라 너희 전에 있던 선지자들을 이같이 핍박하였느니라

1 And seeing the multitudes, he went up into a mountain: and when he was set, his disciples came unto him:
2 And he opened his mouth, and taught them, saying,
3 Blessed [are] the poor in spirit: for theirs is the kingdom of heaven.
4 Blessed [are] they that mourn: for they shall be comforted.
5 Blessed [are] the meek: for they shall inherit the earth.
6 Blessed [are] they which do hunger and thirst after righteousness: for they shall be filled.
7 Blessed [are] the merciful: for they shall obtain mercy.

1 イエスはこの群衆を見て、山に登り、座につかれると、弟子たちがみもとに近寄ってきた。
2 そこで、イエスは口を開き、彼らに教えて言われた。
3 「こころの貧しい人たちは、さいわいである、天国は彼らのものである。
4 悲しんでいる人たちは、さいわいである、彼らは慰められるであろう。
5 柔和な人たちは、さいわいである、彼らは地を受けつぐであろう。
6 義に飢えかわいている人たちは、さいわいである、彼らは飽き足りるようになるであろう。
7 あわれみ深い人たちは、さいわいである、彼らはあわれみを受けるであろう。
8 心の清い人たちは、さいわいである、彼らは神を見るであろう。
9 平和をつくり出す人たちは、さいわいである、彼らは神の子と呼ばれるであろう。
10 義のために迫害されてきた人たちは、さいわいである、天国は彼らのものである。
11 わたしのために人々があなたがたをののしり、また迫害し、

あなたがたに対し偽って様々の悪口を言う時には、あなたがたは、さいわいである。
12 喜び、よろこべ、天においてあなたがたの受ける報いは大きい。

あなたがたより前の預言者たちも、同じように迫害されたのである。
