너는 복의 근원이 될지라

[하나님이 아브람을 부르시다]
1 여호와께서 아브람에게 이르시되 너는 너의 본토 친척 아비 집을 떠나 내가 네게 지시할 땅으로 가라
2 내가 너로 큰 민족을 이루고 네게 복을 주어 네 이름을 창대케 하리니 너는 복의 근원이 될지라
3 너를 축복하는 자에게는 내가 복을 내리고 너를 저주하는 자에게는 내가 저주하리니

땅의 모든 족속이 너를 인하여 복을 얻을 것이니라 하신지라
4 이에 아브람이 여호와의 말씀을 좇아 갔고

1 Now the LORD had said unto Abram,

Get thee out of thy country, and from thy kindred, and from thy fathers house, unto a land that I will shew thee:
2 And I will make of thee a great nation, and I will bless thee, and make thy name great;

and thou shalt be a blessing:
3 And I will bless them that bless thee, and curse him that curseth thee:

and in thee shall all families of the earth be blessed.
4 So Abram departed, as the LORD had spoken unto him

1 時に主はアブラムに言われた、

「あなたは国を出て、親族に別れ、父の家を離れ、わたしが示す地に行きなさい。
2 わたしはあなたを大いなる国民とし、あなたを祝福し、あなたの名を大きくしよう。

あなたは祝福の基となるであろう。
3 あなたを祝福する者をわたしは祝福し、／あなたをのろう者をわたしはのろう。

地のすべてのやからは、／あなたによって祝福される」。

2 나의 도움이 천지를 지으신 여호와에게서로다
3 여호와께서 너로 실족지 않게 하시며 너를 지키시는 자가 졸지 아니하시리로다
4 이스라엘을 지키시는 자는 졸지도 아니하고 주무시지도 아니하시리로다
5 여호와는 너를 지키시는 자라 여호와께서 네 우편에서 네 그늘이 되시나니
6 낮의 해가 너를 상치 아니하며 밤의 달도 너를 해치 아니하리로다
7 여호와께서 너를 지켜 모든 환난을 면케 하시며 또 네 영혼을 지키시리로다
8 여호와께서 너의 출입을 지금부터 영원까지 지키시리로다

1 of degrees. I will lift up mine eyes unto the hills, from whence cometh my help.
2 My help [cometh] from the LORD, which made heaven and earth.
3 He will not suffer thy foot to be moved: he that keepeth thee will not slumber.
4 Behold, he that keepeth Israel shall neither slumber nor sleep.
5 The LORD [is] thy keeper: the LORD [is] thy shade upon thy right hand.
6 The sun shall not smite thee by day, nor the moon by night.
7 The LORD shall preserve thee from all evil: he shall preserve thy soul.

1 わたしは山にむかって目をあげる。わが助けは、どこから来るであろうか。
2 わが助けは、天と地を造られた主から来る。
3 主はあなたの足の動かされるのをゆるされない。あなたを守る者はまどろむことがない。
4 見よ、イスラエルを守る者は／まどろむこともなく、眠ることもない。
5 主はあなたを守る者、主はあなたの右の手をおおう陰である。
6 昼は太陽があなたを撃つことなく、夜は月があなたを撃つことはない。
7 主はあなたを守って、すべての災を免れさせ、またあなたの命を守られる。
8 主は今からとこしえに至るまで、あなたの出ると入るとを守られるであろう。

[아브라함의 믿음과 그로 말미암은 약속]
1 그런즉 육신으로 우리 조상된 아브라함이 무엇을 얻었다 하리요
2 만일 아브라함이 행위로써 의롭다 하심을 얻었으면 자랑할 것이 있으려니와 하나님 앞에서는 없느니라
3 성경이 무엇을 말하느뇨 아브라함이 하나님을 믿으매 이것이 저에게 의로 여기신바 되었느니라
4 일하는 자에게는 그 삯을 은혜로 여기지 아니하고 빚으로 여기거니와
5 일을 아니할지라도 경건치 아니한 자를 의롭다 하시는 이를 믿는 자에게는 그의 믿음을 의로 여기시나니
13 아브라함이나 그 후손에게 세상의 후사가 되리라고 하신 언약은

율법으로 말미암은 것이 아니요 오직 믿음의 의로 말미암은 것이니라
14 만일 율법에 속한 자들이 후사이면 믿음은 헛것이 되고 약속은 폐하여졌느니라
15 율법은 진노를 이루게 하나니 율법이 없는 곳에는 범함도 없느니라
16 그러므로 후사가 되는 이것이 은혜에 속하기 위하여 믿음으로 되나니

이는 그 약속을 그 모든 후손에게 굳게 하려 하심이라

율법에 속한 자에게 뿐아니라 아브라함의 믿음에 속한 자에게도니

아브라함은 하나님 앞에서 우리 모든 사람의 조상이라
17 기록된바 내가 너를 많은 민족의 조상으로 세웠다 하심과 같으니

그의 믿은바 하나님은 죽은 자를 살리시며 없는 것을 있는 것 같이 부르시는 이시니라

1 What shall we say then that Abraham our father, as pertaining to the flesh, hath found?
2 For if Abraham were justified by works, he hath [whereof] to glory; but not before God.
3 For what saith the scripture?

Abraham believed God, and it was counted unto him for righteousness.
4 Now to him that worketh is the reward not reckoned of grace, but of debt.
5 But to him that worketh not, but believeth on him that justifieth the ungodly,

his faith is counted for righteousness.
13 For the promise,

that he should be the heir of the world, [was] not to Abraham, or to his seed, through the law,

but through the righteousness of faith.
14 For if they which are of the law [be] heirs, faith is made void, and the promise made of none effect:
15 Because the law worketh wrath: for where no law is, [there is] no transgression.
16 Therefore [it is] of faith, that [it might be] by grace;

to the end the promise might be sure to all the seed;

not to that only which is of the law, but to that also which is of the faith of Abraham; who is the father of us all,
17 it is written, I have made thee a father of many nations, before him whom he believed,

[even] God, who quickeneth the dead, and calleth those things which be not as though they were.

1 それでは、肉によるわたしたちの先祖アブラハムの場合については、なんと言ったらよいか。
2 もしアブラハムが、その行いによって義とされたのであれば、彼は誇ることができよう。

しかし、神のみまえでは、できない。
3 なぜなら、聖書はなんと言っているか、

「アブラハムは神を信じた。それによって、彼は義と認められた」とある。
4 いったい、働く人に対する報酬は、恩恵としてではなく、当然の支払いとして認められる。
5 しかし、働きはなくても、不信心な者を義とするかたを信じる人は、その信仰が義と認められるのである。
13 なぜなら、世界を相続させるとの約束が、

アブラハムとその子孫とに対してなされたのは、律法によるのではなく、信仰の義によるからである。
14 もし、律法に立つ人々が相続人であるとすれば、信仰はむなしくなり、約束もまた無効になってしまう。
15 いったい、律法は怒りを招くものであって、律法のないところには違反なるものはない。
16 このようなわけで、すべては信仰によるのである。

それは恵みによるのであって、すべての子孫に、

すなわち、律法に立つ者だけにではなく、アブラハムの信仰に従う者にも、この約束が保証されるのである。

アブラハムは、神の前で、わたしたちすべての者の父であって、
17 「わたしは、あなたを立てて多くの国民の父とした」と書いてあるとおりである。

彼はこの神、すなわち、死人を生かし、無から有を呼び出される神を信じたのである。

[예수와 니고데모]
1 바리새인 중에 니고데모라 하는 사람이 있으니 유대인의 관원이라
2 그가 밤에 예수께 와서 가로되

랍비여 우리가 당신은 하나님께로서 오신 선생인줄 아나이다

하나님이 함께 하시지 아니하시면 당신의 행하시는 이 표적을 아무라도 할 수 없음이니이다
3 예수께서 대답하여 가라사대 진실로 진실로 네게 이르노니

사람이 거듭나지 아니하면 하나님 나라를 볼 수 없느니라
4 니고데모가 가로되

사람이 늙으면 어떻게 날 수 있삽나이까 두번째 모태에 들어갔다가 날 수 있삽나이까
5 예수께서 대답하시되 진실로 진실로 네게 이르노니

사람이 물과 성령으로 나지 아니하면 하나님 나라에 들어갈 수 없느니라
6 육으로 난 것은 육이요 성령으로 난 것은 영이니
7 내가 네게 거듭나야 하겠다 하는 말을 기이히 여기지 말라
8 바람이 임의로 불매 네가 그 소리를 들어도 어디서 오며 어디로 가는지 알지 못하나니

성령으로 난 사람은 다 이러하니라
9 니고데모가 대답하여 가로되 어찌 이러한 일이 있을 수 있나이까
10 예수께서 가라사대 너는 이스라엘의 선생으로서 이러한 일을 알지 못하느냐
11 진실로 진실로 네게 이르노니

우리 아는 것을 말하고 본 것을 증거하노라 그러나 너희가 우리 증거를 받지 아니하는도다
12 내가 땅의 일을 말하여도 너희가 믿지 아니하거든 하물며 하늘 일을 말하면 어떻게 믿겠느냐
13 하늘에서 내려온 자 곧 인자 외에는 하늘에 올라간 자가 없느니라
14 모세가 광야에서 뱀을 든것 같이 인자도 들려야 하리니
15 이는 저를 믿는 자마다 영생을 얻게 하려 하심이니라
16 하나님이 세상을 이처럼 사랑하사 독생자를 주셨으니

이는 저를 믿는 자마다 멸망치 않고 영생을 얻게 하려 하심이니라
17 하나님이 그 아들을 세상에 보내신 것은 세상을 심판하려 하심이 아니요

저로 말미암아 세상이 구원을 받게 하려 하심이라

1 There was a man of the Pharisees, named Nicodemus, a ruler of the Jews:
2 The same came to Jesus by night, and said unto him,

Rabbi, we know that thou art a teacher come from God:

for no man can do these miracles that thou doest, except God be with him.
3 Jesus answered and said unto him,

Verily, verily, I say unto thee,

Except a man be born again, he cannot see the kingdom of God.
4 Nicodemus saith unto him,

How can a man be born when he is old?

can he enter the second time into his mothers womb, and be born?
5 Jesus answered,

Verily, verily, I say unto thee,

Except a man be born of water and [of] the Spirit, he cannot enter into the kingdom of God.
6 That which is born of the flesh is flesh; and that which is born of the Spirit is spirit.
7 Marvel not that I said unto thee, Ye must be born again.
8 The wind bloweth where it listeth, and thou hearest the sound thereof,

but canst not tell whence it cometh, and whither it goeth: so is every one that is born of the Spirit.
9 Nicodemus answered and said unto him, How can these things be?
10 Jesus answered and said unto him, Art thou a master of Israel, and knowest not these things?
11 Verily, verily, I say unto thee,

We speak that we do know, and testify that we have seen; and ye receive not our witness.
12 If I have told you earthly things, and ye believe not, how shall ye believe, if I tell you [of] heavenly things?
13 And no man hath ascended up to heaven, but he that came down from heaven,

[even] the Son of man which is in heaven.
14 And as Moses lifted up the serpent in the wilderness, even so must the Son of man be lifted up:
15 That whosoever believeth in him should not perish, but have eternal life.
16 For God so loved the world, that he gave his only begotten Son,

that whosoever believeth in him should not perish, but have everlasting life.
17 For God sent not his Son into the world to condemn the world;

but that the world through him might be saved.

1 パリサイ人のひとりで、その名をニコデモというユダヤ人の指導者があった。
2 この人が夜イエスのもとにきて言った、

「先生、わたしたちはあなたが神からこられた教師であることを知っています。

神がご一緒でないなら、あなたがなさっておられるようなしるしは、だれにもできはしません」。
3 イエスは答えて言われた、

「よくよくあなたに言っておく。だれでも新しく生れなければ、神の国を見ることはできない」。
4 ニコデモは言った、

「人は年をとってから生れることが、どうしてできますか。

もう一度、母の胎にはいって生れることができましょうか」。
5 イエスは答えられた、

「よくよくあなたに言っておく。だれでも、水と霊とから生れなければ、神の国にはいることはできない。
6 肉から生れる者は肉であり、霊から生れる者は霊である。
7 あなたがたは新しく生れなければならないと、わたしが言ったからとて、不思議に思うには及ばない。
8 風は思いのままに吹く。

あなたはその音を聞くが、それがどこからきて、どこへ行くかは知らない。

霊から生れる者もみな、それと同じである」。
9 ニコデモはイエスに答えて言った、「どうして、そんなことがあり得ましょうか」。
10 イエスは彼に答えて言われた、

「あなたはイスラエルの教師でありながら、これぐらいのことがわからないのか。
11 よくよく言っておく。

わたしたちは自分の知っていることを語り、また自分の見たことをあかししているのに、

あなたがたはわたしたちのあかしを受けいれない。
12 わたしが地上のことを語っているのに、あなたがたが信じないならば、

天上のことを語った場合、どうしてそれを信じるだろうか。
13 天から下ってきた者、すなわち人の子のほかには、だれも天に上った者はない。
14 そして、ちょうどモーセが荒野でへびを上げたように、人の子もまた上げられなければならない。
15 それは彼を信じる者が、すべて永遠の命を得るためである」。
16 神はそのひとり子を賜わったほどに、この世を愛して下さった。

それは御子を信じる者がひとりも滅びないで、永遠の命を得るためである。
17 神が御子を世につかわされたのは、世をさばくためではなく、

御子によって、この世が救われるためである。

[영광스러운 모습으로 변형되시다]
1 엿새 후에 예수께서 베드로와 야고보와 그 형제 요한을 데리시고 따로 높은 산에 올라가셨더니
2 저희 앞에서 변형되사 그 얼굴이 해 같이 빛나며 옷이 빛과 같이 희어졌더라
3 때에 모세와 엘리야가 예수로 더불어 말씀하는 것이 저희에게 보이거늘
4 베드로가 예수께 여짜와 가로되

주여 우리가 여기 있는 것이 좋사오니 주께서 만일 원하시면 내가 여기서 초막 셋을 짓되

하나는 주를 위하여, 하나는 모세를 위하여, 하나는 엘리야를 위하여 하리이다
5 말할 때에 홀연히 빛난 구름이 저희를 덮으며 구름 속에서 소리가 나서 가로되

이는 내 사랑하는 아들이요 내 기뻐하는 자니 너희는 저의 말을 들으라 하는지라
6 제자들이 듣고 엎드리어 심히 두려워하니
7 예수께서 나아와 저희에게 손을 대시며 가라사대 일어나라 두려워 말라 하신대
8 제자들이 눈을 들고 보매 오직 예수 외에는 아무도 보이지 아니하더라
9 저희가 산에서 내려올 때에 예수께서 명하여 가라사대

인자가 죽은 자 가운데서 살아나기 전에는 본것을 아무에게도 이르지 말라 하시니

1 And after six days Jesus taketh Peter, James, and John his brother,

and bringeth them up into an high mountain apart,
2 And was transfigured before them:

and his face did shine as the sun, and his raiment was white as the light.
3 And, behold, there appeared unto them Moses and Elias talking with him.
4 Then answered Peter, and said unto Jesus, Lord, it is good for us to be here:

if thou wilt, let us make here three tabernacles; one for thee, and one for Moses, and one for Elias.
5 While he yet spake, behold, a bright cloud overshadowed them:

and behold a voice out of the cloud, which said,

This is my beloved Son, in whom I am well pleased;

hear ye him.
6 And when the disciples heard [it], they fell on their face, and were sore afraid.
7 And Jesus came and touched them, and said, Arise, and be not afraid.
8 And when they had lifted up their eyes, they saw no man, save Jesus only.
9 And as they came down from the mountain, Jesus charged them, saying,

Tell the vision to no man, until the Son of man be risen again from the dead.

1 六日ののち、イエスはペテロ、ヤコブ、ヤコブの兄弟ヨハネだけを連れて、高い山に登られた。
2 ところが、彼らの目の前でイエスの姿が変り、その顔は日のように輝き、その衣は光のように白くなった。
3 すると、見よ、モーセとエリヤが彼らに現れて、イエスと語り合っていた。
4 ペテロはイエスにむかって言った、

「主よ、わたしたちがここにいるのは、すばらしいことです。

もし、おさしつかえなければ、わたしはここに小屋を三つ建てましょう。

一つはあなたのために、一つはモーセのために、一つはエリヤのために」。
5 彼がまだ話し終えないうちに、たちまち、輝く雲が彼らをおおい、そして雲の中から声がした、

「これはわたしの愛する子、わたしの心にかなう者である。これに聞け」。
6 弟子たちはこれを聞いて非常に恐れ、顔を地に伏せた。
7 イエスは近づいてきて、手を彼らにおいて言われた、「起きなさい、恐れることはない」。
8 彼らが目をあげると、イエスのほかには、だれも見えなかった。
9 一同が山を下って来るとき、イエスは

「人の子が死人の中からよみがえるまでは、いま見たことをだれにも話してはならない」

と、彼らに命じられた。
